Record-keeping is never gated. Associations, units, owners, tenants, documents, violations, the calendar and the owner portal are in every tier, including the cheapest one.
Priced per association, not per portfolio — one RV lot shouldn't be paid for across four thousand doors. Switch them on only where they're used.
Billed in arrears on the same invoice, only when something actually happens. Nothing here needs a phone call to turn on.

Estoppel certificates are only billed when you get paid for them. Amended certificates, certificates delivered past the statutory deadline, and closings that fall through are waived automatically — not by emailing us.
